University of Cincinnati-Psychology Department (2013-2014)
I was recruited by the psychology department at the University of Cincinnati as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Human Resources for the 2013-2014 academic year. I have contributed to the design, delivery and student assessment of several graduate and undergraduate courses in the Organizational Leadership-Human Resources program. Courses: Introduction to Human Resources, Individual Behavior in Workplace, Staffing Organizations, Human Resources Economics, International Human Resources (Graduate and undergraduate), Introduction to Leadership, and Human Resources Consulting. Throughout my MBA studies at the Lebanese American University, I worked as a Graduate Assistant. My tasks included contributing to several research topics in the fields of Management and Marketing.
