I am currently a Teaching Instructor of Human Resources at Rutgers University. I am delivering various courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Courses: Introduction to Human Resource Management, Global Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Staffing.
University of Cincinnati-Psychology Department (2013-2014)
I was recruited by the psychology department at the University of Cincinnati as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Human Resources for the 2013-2014 academic year. I have contributed to the design, delivery and student assessment of several graduate and undergraduate courses in the Organizational Leadership-Human Resources program. Courses: Introduction to Human Resources, Individual Behavior in Workplace, Staffing Organizations, Human Resources Economics, International Human Resources (Graduate and undergraduate), Introduction to Leadership, and Human Resources Consulting. Leeds University Business School (2009-2012)
During my PhD studies at the University of Leeds, I held the positions of a Lecturer and Teaching Assistant. I have contributed to the design, delivery and student assessment of several modules.
