Centre for Employment Relations, Innovation & Change (2007-2012)
CERIC is a venue for academics with similar interests to interact and share their research findings. My activities included attending the CERIC seminar series, presenting at CERIC conferences and participating in talks coordinated with other research institutes. The Centre has broadened my knowledge of issues on Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, and Diversity.
British Academy of Management (2007-2012)
The British Academy of Management is the most prestigious professional and academic body of Management Studies in the United Kingdom. I was a member of the Knowledge and Learning, Performance Management and Research Methods tracks. In addition to following their publications and interacting with academics within the tracks, I was active in presenting at BAM conferences.
Society for Human Resources Management (2006-2007)
The SHRM membership has vastly added to my knowledge of Human Resources Management within the USA context. Its publications and online support assisted me in designing HR policies and procedures while occupying professional HR positions. SHRM helped me in achieving an up-to-date knowledge of HR issues.
